“Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘reflect_setupv5.0.3786-x64-10-pe.msi’ in the box below”.

The installation package might miss the file “reflect_setupv5.0.3786-x64-10-pe.msi”. The error windows ask you to search the missing file into the computer. Try to locate the missing file required at the time of installation or Un-installation.

Procedure to fix “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”.

  • Open the Services Window by typing “services.msc” command on Run Window. Also ensure that the Windows Installer Service is active and running. Navigate to Windows Installer and ensure that it is running.

  • Perform Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter. This is just an alternate tool to Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. We need to download it. When we run the application it will ask if we would like to detect the problem.

  • Perform Clean Boot – Sometimes a third party app might block the System Restore execution. So we need to find out the application which is blocking the System Restore procedure. For this, we have to Start PC in Clean Boot Mode. Open system with administrative privilege. Press Win+R to open Run Command Window. Type msconfig.exe & press enter to open System Configuration Window. 

How to Perform Clean boot – Go to General Tab and select Selective Startup. Uncheck the “Load startup items” option and Click on Apply & then OK. Navigate to Services Tab and select “Hide all Microsoft Services” option available on left side of System Configuration Window. Then click on Disable All button. Finally Restart the PC. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Using Registry Editor – Open run command window and type regedit and press Enter.
