Reliance Jio Network Congestion Results Slower Data Speed
Reliance Jio Network Congestion Results Slower Data Speed – According to OpenSignal Network Speed measuring metric report, the slowing down of Reliance Jio 4G Data Speed is due to network congestion, interference and distance between installed Towers. This is not due to any technical issues or limitations but due to capacity bottleneck on network.
Reliance Jio has recorded average peak speeds of 50 Mbps, which is nearly 13 times faster than its average day speed of 3.9 Mbps. It means Reliance Jio is capable of providing 13 times faster data speed but fails to do so due to high Subscribers across the network. The network speed also depends upon processor embedded on mobile and server where information resides and fetched in demand. At present Reliance Jio has 100 million subscribers who get free (very less) unlimited data, Voice call and Video calling service.
The Day by day degradation of Jio data speed indicates that the network need to think about infrastructure to reach its potential demand. The speed may arise when data usage on the network drops. But it is not possible at present because the company has introduced a new JioPhone which promises unlimited data usage at Rs. 153/- per month. Likewise Company has targeted to sell 5 million Jio Phones every week, results to
When Open signal compares the data speed of different operators, it found that Bharti Airtel has the highest average speed of 4G network in India. The report says that Bharti Airtel is capable of providing 5 times faster data speed than its average day speed of 11.5 Mbps, Standing First across the network line. Where Reliance Jio Stood Second with 4G data speed of 50 Mbps. Apart from Airtel and Reliance Jio, Vodafone recorded a higher average peak of 36.5 Mbps of 4G data.
