  1. Start your Outlook program and click on Calendar. Alternatively, Go to File > Options > Calendar. Then Navigate to Calendar Options, there you will find Default reminders with a drop-down box. The user need to uncheck the box and click Ok. You may set your reminder value and uncheck it so that no need to set value after checking again.
  2. Alternatively, Go to Tasks in Outlook options, where you will get Task Options. Apply uncheck on “Set reminders on tasks with due dates” option.

Steps to Turn off Outlook popup notifications

  1. Launch the Outlook program and open the outlook options window. On left side you will see many options with sub settings. Click on Advanced option and navigate to Reminders. Apply tick on show reminders option there and click Ok to save. However, If you are using window 10 version of Microsoft Outlook then there is no options to remove the notification and reminders as well.
