How to Pair Bluetooth devices with HoloLens
How to Pair Bluetooth devices with HoloLens – In order to interact with Hologram, user has to pair a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard with the HoloLens. After establishing connection a user can type anywhere as used in holographic keyboard. HoloLens clicker pairing is different way if interacting with HoloLens. The Bluetooth device such as Speakers, Headsets, Smartphones, Game pads are not supported by HoloLens. Whole connection is divided into two sub pairing – Pairing Bluetooth device and Pairing Clickers individually.
How to Pair Blue tooth keyboard and mouse:
- Make sure your keyboard and mouse are discoverable and turned on.
- Bloom to Go to Start, select Settings.
- Use gaze to position the Settings app, then air tap to place it, or say “Place.”
- Select Devices and make sure your Bluetooth device is turned on. Choose the preferred device name and select pair and follow the instructions given there.
How to Pair the HoloLens Clickers
- Bloom to Go to Start, select Settings.
- Use gaze to position the Settings app, then air tap to place it, or say “Place.”
- Select the device and check if Bluetooth is turned on.
- Use the tip of a pen to press and hold the clicker’s pairing button until the status light blinks white. Make sure to hold the button down until the light starts blinking.
- Now on pairing screen, select Clicker followed by Pair.
