  2. Run Windows Store Troubleshooter – This is a built-in tool in your computer to counter installation related issues. Go to Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshoot Page. This troubleshooter tool will help you if your windows 10 store is not working. After running troubleshooter check if problem is solved.
  3. Run MS Account Troubleshooter – This troubleshooting tool will fix problem concerned with Microsoft account and windows store sync settings.
  4. Re-register the Windows Store – In “Administrative Windows Powershell” window type the given command and hit enter key to Re-register the Windows store.

After successful execution of command, you can close Windows Powershell and restart the computer. Check if problem is solved else refer to the next method.

  1. Reset the Microsoft Store – Go to Settings > Microsoft Store > Reset
  2. Execute computer on Clean Boot mode – Running computer on clean boot mode will eliminate the Firewall and Security software related issues. Perform booting in clean boot mode and check if problem is solved.
