Blocking Someone on Skype

We can follow these steps on classical Skype, Skype UWP app, and also on Skype Online. Another important fact is that on blocking someone on Skype, we wont be able to see him/her in your contact list.

Process to Block someone on Classical Skype

Just open the Classical Skype Client on our system and select the person whom you want to Block.
Right Click on the persons name and select Block this person.
Select Block in the pop- up window and we will be asked for the confirmation.
Allow it by clicking on confirm button.

Process to Block Someone on Skype UWP app

Open the Skype app and select the contact that we want to block. We can also select from Recent Contact List.
Right Click on that Person and Select Block Contact.
Choose Block in the pop – up Window.

Blocking someone on Skype online is very easy we need to login first on Skype online.
Select the Contact that we want to block.
Now Right Click on the Contact that we want to block and choose Block Contact.
Click on Block option in the Pop- up Window.

Unblocking Someone on Skype

If we have blocked someone on Skype by mistake and your just don’t know how to unblock him. Then the Process is given below to unblock someone.

Process to Unblock someone on Classical Skype



Open the Skype browser and Go to Tools and click on Option.
Move to Privacy and > Blocked list.
Now select the contact that we want to unblock and click on Unblock this Option and click on Save the Change.

Click on Profile Picture and Select Setting.
Go to Contact in bottom of the table and click on Manage Blocked Contacts.
Click on unblock Button and Click on Done.
