  • Use native resolution





High quality video or games do reflect black bars on screen, if PC is not set to its native resolution or screen format. To check this, Go to Settings followed by Display. Choose the recommended resolution and orientation. Then restart the PC and check if problem is fixed.



  • Update the Graphics Card Driver



Most of the video related problems is solved by updating the graphics card driver. You may update the graphics driver program from the manufacturer website. Just download and install it on Computers.




  • Check the Graphics settings





The video related issues have much to do with graphics card or the graphics settings. So, check the graphics settings and make sure that the screen orientation and resolution settings are similar to the system settings.




  • Run Troubleshooter





Open run command window and execute the following command


Msdt.exe / id DeviceDiagnostic


Open the hardware troubleshooter and run it. It will troubleshoot the problems related to hardware and access devices connected to the computer.
