How to Paste Text from Microsoft to Outlook using Quick Parts - Microsoft Word Provides an amazing features, Quick Parts, to create the piece of content including Auto text, and Paste them directly into email message of Outlook. The Quick Parts can be used to work in both i.e. Email signatures and Microsoft Office Templates. If it became an integral part of our daily work then we can also extend its functionality to Outlook 2016.
Creating Quick Parts in Word and Outlook:-
The Quick Parts is available under the Insert Tab on the Ribbon Bar of the Word.
If we wish to use it for Microsoft Outlook follow the steps:-
Open the app and create a new message. This is the easiest method available to quickly enable or create quick parts for outlook.
Now add few lines of text that we can use like templates.
Select all the text and hit the Insert tab. Now Select Quick Parts, and select the reads "Save Selection to Quick Parts gallery", and confirm the command.
This will open up the Create New Building Block dialogue box and complete the steps and fill all the credentials.
Now where ever you would like to use the Quick Parts just insert it and this will help in saving time and efforts of writing new mails.
Now click on Insert Tab on the ribbon, click on Quick Parts.
Select the Thumbnails that matches with our entity or we can also search by typing name of the entity.
Deleting the Entry from the List:-
Now we have created the entry but is no longer useful to us or we wish to delete it. Then the steps of deletion is given below:-
Select the Entry form the List that we want to delete.
Click on Delete Tab. A Pop – Up warning message will appear but we should ignore it, and Click on Yes.
The Building block has now been deleted and we can never access to it, but its contain will be still there.
