Open Run command window and type regedit and press enter key. This will open Registry Editor window. Now navigate to following address given below.


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer


Right click in the empty space of the screen and from the list of options provided. Then Select Create followed by new 32-bit DWORD value and name the key as AllowOnlineTips. In case you are running on 64 bit you must switch to create a 32-bit DWORD Value. Now set the value of the data to 0. Save and exit. At last Restart Windows 10 PC.

For this open Run Command window and enter gpedit.msc to open the Group Policy Editor and further navigate to –


Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Allow Online Tips


Note - This policy setting enables or disables the retrieval of online tips and help for the Settings app. If disabled, Settings will not contact Microsoft content services to retrieve tips and help content.


Now Set is to Disabled mode. After all, restart your computer and check if problem is solved. We are fully confirmed that your problem will be solved.
