What to do when your PC do not Boot or Start - What may be the reason when your Computer has power but do not either booting or starting? How to fix such problem without any technical hands? Check the RAM and Hard Drive – This is another important device which must be checked. Clean both RAM & Hard Drive gently or you may take help from any experienced person.
Unplug External Devices – Sometimes problem residing in any external devices may obstruct booting or starting of computers.
Boot in Advanced Startup Options or Safe Mode: Hold F8 key while booting and select Safe mode. This will be helpful when starting problem occurred due to installation of any new driver or software. If your computer does not enter in safe mode, you may boot into the window 10 with your windows installation mode or Recovery Drive and select Repair your Computer to enter Troubleshoot > Advanced Startup Options > Command Prompt. Where you can troubleshoot.
System Restore: If a user enters into the safe mode or advanced startup options he/she can use system restore point to troubleshoot the issues.

Uninstall the already Installed Windows Update: The window updates can be uninstalled by entering into the Safe Mode.
Apply Automatic Startup Repairing: The Startup repairing can scan all partition related issues, system file issues, driver problems and other. The user need to enter Advanced Startup Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
Reset PC BIOS to default option


Check Master Boot Record (MBR)

Return to the Previous version.
