Outlook will automatically determine user current location

Outlook will automatically determine user current location - In 1996, Microsoft Outlook email service started as Hotmail, then renamed as MSN Hotmail in 1997. We must know that services like Skype, Onedrive, Outlook Calendar and Office 365 office suite are the online version copies of the interface of the offline outlook client.

The outlook email service account registration requires regional address of the users which is fixed one and does not change when user migrate from one place to another. They had to manually enter location each time as per the change in place. But due to introduction of new feature the user current location is automatically known to Microsoft Outlook. The company has added the feature to provide better accessibility and performance of service. The system will store emails and attachments in the nearby data centre to avail more reliability.Outlook will automatically determine user current location.

In this service the email or attachment moves from one data center to another every time according to the movement of outlook users. For example if anyone live in US and take a trip to France, then Paris; the account will remain in the data center located in the US. But email or attachment will travels from one data center to another in France and Paris respectively. What you won't observe with this backend "upgrade" is the Outlook service moving your account between data centers every time you travel from region to region.

Recently Microsoft is working on six data centers for central and southern France, the northern and western part of South Africa, the two locations in central Australia. Currently Microsoft data centres covers 29 regions across the globe. Microsoft Company has eliminated the step of manually changing your setting in Outlook.com when you permanently move from one place to another.
