It has capabilities to designed, manage individual or group files, such as office documents, employee profile, videos, audios and records. A file management system is also known as a file manager.
The system by which an operating system or program organize and keep track of files and folders.

  2. Data isolation – During searching of contents in file and folder, a condition exists when the searching term does not exists.
